Compliance with relevant regulation
1.1 Our Privacy Policy has been updated and designed to comply with the highest standards of data protection regulation, such as the latest European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679, in effect from 25/05/2018).

We do not collect Personal Data from visitors
2.1 You will not need to disclose any personal details in order to visit our websites. We only save anonymous and non-specific details of your visit such as your Internet provider, the site you linked to us from or the name of the requested data file. To be able to collect, anonymous data cookies may be used.

Storage and Processing of Personal Data
3.1 To be able to process your order, we need to collect and temporarily store some personal data such as: name, contact details, email address, telephone number, passport number and delivery address when applicable. We collect but do not store payment information, such as credit card details, which is transferred immediately and safely to our payment provider.
3.2 When the purchase is paid using a third-party payment provider acting as a joint data controller, you agree with their terms and conditions and privacy policy. A few examples of such providers are Klarna and PayPal.
3.3 We will only collect personal data with the sole purpose of delivering the product or service that you have purchased, or improving the user experience on our sites, as well as complying with Swedish and European Law. We might contact you regarding your booking with us, for example, requesting additional necessary information, informing about changes or offers related to your purchase, or asking for feedback regarding your experience with us.
3.4 We will never share your data with third parties for any other purposes than outlined in 3.3. To reiterate, we will only store or share your data with third parties under the following circumstances:
3.4.1 When the personal details are needed to confirm, deliver or communicate with you regarding your order;
3.4.2 When payment details are needed to complete the purchase;
3.4.3 If we are required to do so by any relevant authority, such as the European Data Protection Supervisor or Swedish Law;
3.4.4 When the personal details are needed to further understand and improve your experience on our sites;
3.4.5 When you express your wish to receive information from us regarding our services.
3.5 In any case, we state our commitment to develop, implement and maintain adequate technical and organisational security measures to safeguard the security of your data in accordance with Data Protection Laws. These measures will guarantee an adequate level of security, taking into account prevailing industry standards and mandatory security requirements.
3.6 We ensure that all parties with whom your data needs to be shared with have a Data Protection Agreement with us, under which they are obliged to comply with the highest standards of Data Protection, such as GDPR.
3.7 You have the right to request the full information regarding any of your personal data that we currently store in our systems.
3.8 You have the right to request the full erasure of your data, except when conditions 3.4.1, 3.4.2 and 3.4.3 apply.
3.9 According to Swedish accounting law, we are obliged to keep all purchase-related information for up to eight years, after which it is automatically erased from our systems.

Data as a means of improving your experience
4.1 In order to improve the customer experience on our sites, we might collect and temporarily store your IP address and other anonymous, non-specific details of your visit, such as your Internet browser and general behaviour on our sites. This data is stored and processed under GDPR compliance with the sole purpose of improving your experience with us.
4.2 Our sites use Google Analytics, a web tool of Google Inc. ('Google'). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are temporarily saved on your computer in order to analyse your use of our websites. The information about the usage of our websites collected by the cookies are encrypted, transmitted to and saved on a Google server in the USA. If you activate IP-anonymisation on our websites, Google will save a shortened version of your IP address within the European Union or other member states of the agreement. IP-anonymisation is active on this website. Google will use this information to analyse your usage of this website, to give a report on the activities on the website. The IP address collected by Google analytics will not be connected to other data from Google. By changing the preferences in your web browser, you can deny the usage of cookies, but please note, that you might not be able to use all the features on our websites in full. All data shared with Google is also protected under GDPR and a Data Processing Agreement between Ticmate and Google, in which Ticmate stipulates how data is processed by Google. 4.3 We use social plug-ins for social networks like Facebook, Google+ and Twitter on our websites. 4.4 If you are logged in to a social network, then the social network providers can connect the visit of your website to your profile on Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. If you use plugins like the "I like"-Button (Facebook), then the information will be sent to the provider´s server and saved there too. The information will be shown in your social network and displayed to your contacts. Marketing
5.1 We will only send you relevant marketing-related material or market any of our services not necessarily connected to your latest booking with your explicit permission.
5.2 You can subscribe to our newsletter and other marketing channels by actively selecting this option when placing an order on our sites, or by entering your email address under the 'subscribe to our newsletter' field.
5.3 You have the right to revoke your consent to receive marketing material at any time, by contacting us at dataprivacy@ticmate.com, through the phone number on our website, or by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in any of our newsletters.

6.1 Should there be any discrepancies between the English and other versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
