Soon after you have completed your booking your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email. Mobile tickets are also accepted.
How does it work?
London Dungeon: Please arrive at your confirmed date and time. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket and start exploring the scary London Dungeon. Remember that you have to visit London Dungeon first.
London Eye: Your ticket is valid for 90 days. Please note your ticket is a standard ticket, not a skip-the-line ticket.
To guarantee access to London Eye and avoid queues at the ticket desk, you can book your date and time slot in advance by login in to our booking portal. The booking portal’s address and how to login will be clearly stated on your e-ticket.
Attractions not pre-booked via the booking portal will be subject to availability at time of visit and will require visiting the ticket desk to get booked into the next available timeslot. Immediate availability is not guaranteed.
You may be asked to wear a face covering out of consideration for those around you. So please bring a face mask, just in case. 
Social distancing has now been removed. However, we ask you to be mindful of others and their space. 
Please be ready to make on-site payments using a contactless bank card, rather than cash, where possible. 
Organiser politely request that you refrain from visiting the attraction should you start displaying any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19. Please contact Guest Services should you need to amend your booking. 
All areas that visitors touch are frequently cleaned. 
Employes may wear Personal Protective Equipment to protect both visitors and staff. 
You may be asked to present proof of being fully vaccinated or that you have recovered fully from COVID 19. So just in case, please bring a valid and updated COVID Pass.
