How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket send directly to your email. Mobile tickets are accepted.
How does it work?
Madame Tussauds: Show up at the chosen day and time. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket and skip the line to Madame Tussauds.
London Eye: Check in at the desk for prebooked tickets in the ticket hall (you skip the line to the box office) and wait for the next available gondola. Please note: Your ticket is a standard ticket, not a Fast Track ticket.
How long are my tickets valid?
Your Madame Tussauds tickets are only valid on the chosen the day and time slot. Your tickets for London Eye are valid one month.

How do I get my 10% discount voucher?

Great value combination package to be fair. Was pleasantly surprised that the Madame Tussaud’s tour contained so much. The London Cab ride and Cinema experience were great additions. They also warned about the scarier sections for young children so be aware of that. Also be very aware of the time you book on your ticket. They have large numbers attending so arrive when you are booked for. We were early and had to ask to get our ticket time changed which they did to be fair. The London eye was good, it does have spectacular views and you have a lot of time on it. Be careful getting on and off, they didn’t stop the pods at all for us so it was a rush to get everyone on before the door closed automatically!

We qued up on time and all went well. My teenagers njoyed the marvel movie most. Fantastic experience of wax hands too.
